IT service shop

A self-service catalogue that routes every request to the right approver.

The service shop catalogue with categories and request cards for SharePoint services

What it does

Software, hardware and access requests used to arrive by email and get retyped into a ticket. The shop turns them into a catalogue: a user picks what they need, the request routes to the right approver automatically, and once approved it becomes a ticket — and, where hardware is involved, an asset record — without anyone rekeying anything.

How it works

  • Dynamic request forms tailored per service
  • Multi-step approval chains routed to the right people
  • Approved requests create tickets and asset assignments automatically
