What it does
Training was tracked in spreadsheets and chased by email. This app gives staff a catalogue they browse and enrol in themselves; managers assign where they need to; deadlines, waitlists and recurring re-training are handled automatically; and the moment someone completes a course, their certificate is generated and filed. Nobody maintains a register.
